DNA Profiling Using Clue

In this activity, students will use the characters from the game of Clue by Parker Brothers to learn about DNA profiling. Using DNA samples "collected" from the crime scene, they will compare the samples to those provided from a list of suspects. When a match is found, they will calculate the probability that the crime scene DNA actually belongs to the suspect.
