Heart Rate and Blood PRessure Lab

In this lab activity, students measure their own heart rate and blood pressure in order to better understand the relationship between blood pressure, heart rate and pulse. They will also perform mild exercise to investigate the effect it has on heart rate and respiration rate. A series of questions challenges them to think further about what they have learned and to apply their findings. Answers are included.
