A set of notes covering the animal kingdom including embryonic development amd germ layers, body cavities, symmetry and evolutionary trends among animal invertebrate and vertebrate phyla. The notes also cover some general information about 8 major animal phyla with an empahsis on the evolutionary trends. Phylum Chordata is covered in a little more detail.
